Prestashop 1.6 must be version 1.6.1.24 or later.

Prestashop 1.7 must be version 1.7.8.7 or later.

Activate the Prestashop integration

• Login to Netradar.io price monitoring via https://app.netradar.io/
• Select the menu item 'Integration' on the far right and then 'Platforms'

• Click the 'Enable Prestashop' button
  

Set up the integration with the API

• Enter your domain name including http:// or https:// – e.g. https://minshop.dk

• Open a new browser window and log in to the administration of your Prestashop
• Go to 'Advanced Parameters' and then 'Webservice'
  

• Click at the top right on 'Add new webservice key'
  

• Click the 'Generate!' button next to the 'Key' field
  

• Under 'Resource', click at the top of these 3 columns:
  

• Save bottom right
  

• Now go back to the integration setup page in Netradar.io and insert your user information
• Copy the API key in and choose whether you specify prices with or without VAT in your Prestashop
  

• Click on the green button 'Save settings'

The duration depends on the quantity, with an average of approximately 5 minutes for every 1000 products.

Possible causes of errors

If you get errors or no data, check that your PHP should preferably be version 7.4 and have error_reporting switched off. If you have hosting with cPanel, it is probably under 'PHP options' that you must choose like here:
