NetRadar.io is a service provided by Golden Planet ApS.

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access to any service provided by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet if we find that it has been misused.

Maintenance of operations

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet seeks to maintain operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In terms of experience, our servers have a general availability of approximately 99.9%, where the approximately 0.1% downtime is typically planned restarts in connection with updates to the systems - including security updates. Should longer-term interruptions occur against expectations, NetRadar.io / Golden Planet is not obliged to compensate any losses connected therewith, either directly or indirectly.

Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or computers

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet will take strong action against anyone who may use or attempt to use a user account or equipment without the necessary authorization. These attempts include (but are not limited to) internet scamming (tricking other people into giving out their passwords or credit card information), spamming (sending unwanted mass emails), stealing passwords, scanning for potential security holes, etc.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or equipment by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet customers, whether it is an attack on the accounts or equipment of NetRadar.io / Golden Planet or others, will mean immediate action against the attacker/abuser. Possible interventions may be a warning, suspension or termination of the account and legal action, depending on the severity of the attack.

Misuse of data

Customers are not permitted to resell data provided by NetRadar.io

Any customer who violates NetRadar.io / Golden Planet's Data Misuse Terms will be charged the associated costs. Any customer who resells data without complying with the Resale Terms will be subject to a warning, termination or suspension, as the case may be. If you wish to resell services provided by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet, we recommend that you contact us instead to set up a special reseller agreement.

Backup

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet performs a backup procedure once a day. NetRadar.io / Golden Planet does not guarantee that data can be recreated from the backup media and recommends that the customer keep a copy of important data themselves.

Payment terms

All accounts/services are installed after prepayment, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and NetRadar.io / Golden Planet. Installation fees are non-refundable unless specifically offered. NetRadar.io / Golden Planet reserves the right to change prices at any time. The customer is responsible for paying for a service from the time it is established until it is terminated in accordance with the conditions for termination.

Payment by card can be made online on our payment page or by setting up automatic withdrawal with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron or MasterCard. All payments must be made in Danish kroner, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and NetRadar.io / Golden Planet. The invoice is sent via e-mail.

Payments from the debtor are used to write down receivables in the following order: interest – fees – instalments/payment of other services.

In the event of late payment of benefits or other due services, the debtor must pay default interest of 2% per month begun. The default interest is calculated from the remaining debt at any time from the time of default, incl. interest and costs. The interest is attributed monthly (interest rate).

Reminder and demand fees are attributed, cf. the Interest Act in force at any time, currently DKK 75.00.

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet may unilaterally and without notice change fee rates and interest in accordance with applicable legislation.

Automatic card payment

For agreements on automatic card payment, the following conditions apply in addition to NetRadar.io / Golden Planet's general conditions for the delivery and operation of services.

An agreement on automatic card payment implies that payment regarding subscription and other services is made by automatic transfer of the invoice amount from the customer's payment card to NetRadar.io / Golden Planet.

Registration for automatic card payment takes place during the order, or subsequently through self-service.
When registering for automatic card payment, the customer is simultaneously registered to receive invoices/receipts via email. When registering and changing the agreement on automatic card payment, a confirmation is sent by email to the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the registered payment card is valid and that the payment card information is updated in the event of expiry, blocking, loss or the like. which can prevent automatic card payment. Updating or deleting
payment card information is done via self-service.

If the customer is registered for automatic card payment and the automatic card payment cannot be completed due to the customer's circumstances (e.g. if the payment is rejected by the customer or by the customer's
bank), NetRadar.io / Golden Planet is entitled to send a reminder to the customer . The reminder is sent per email.

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet is entitled to charge a reminder fee for this, cf. section on payment conditions.

Right of withdrawal

Ordering services can be canceled within a minimum of 14 days from the time of ordering.

Disclaimer

The customer agrees that NetRadar.io / Golden Planet is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, damages or expenses incurred by the customer, NetRadar.io / Golden Planet or third parties, which have arisen in connection with the use of services made available by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet. This applies to all matters relating to the customer's account, including (but not limited to) loss of website content or ownership of domain names.

Termination

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet reserves the right to terminate a service at any time. All services, fees, etc., which have been paid prior to termination, will be refunded pro rata if NetRadar.io / Golden Planet exercises its right to terminate. If the termination is due to the customer violating these conditions, no refund will be made. Any breach of the terms resulting in additional costs will be charged to the customer.

The customer can at any time terminate a service until expiry after the current period. If the settlement period is 6 months or less, amounts paid are not refunded - for settlement periods over 6 months, the remaining period minus 6 months is refunded.

For security reasons, termination must always be done by post with a valid signature and indication of name/address and preferably the reason for termination. However, services for which a username and password have been provided can be terminated per e-mail upon simultaneous disclosure of these. Please note that redelegating DNS for a domain name to other name servers does not act as a termination of any services at NetRadar.io / Golden Planet – all terminations MUST be in writing and must be confirmed by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet.

Terminations are not valid until the customer has received a confirmation via e-mail from NetRadar.io / Golden Planet, which typically happens within 24 hours on working days. Please contact NetRadar.io / Golden Planet if you have submitted a cancellation and have not received a confirmation no later than three working days later. Any repayment will be made no later than 15 days after receipt of the termination, provided that NetRadar.io / Golden Planet has been informed of a bank account number to which the repayment can be made.

Changes

The prices and conditions on our website are valid as of today.

Changes in prices are notified to our customers with a minimum of 3 months' notice. The date of the latest change to these conditions appears on the sent invoice together with a web address where the conditions can be viewed, and these are accepted when paying for ongoing services that have not been terminated.

Moms

As NetRadar.io / Golden Planet primarily sells services to companies, all prices are stated excl. 25% Danish VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Lawful purposes

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use NetRadar.io / Golden Planet's services for lawful purposes. This includes copyrighted material. NetRadar.io / Golden Planet expressly prohibits anyone from advertising, distributing, storing, processing or otherwise handling obscene, pornographic or satanic material using services provided by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet. It is entirely up to NetRadar.io / Golden Planet's management to assess whether this is the case. Distribution of erotic material in any form requires the customer to obtain written permission from NetRadar.io / Golden Planet before distribution begins.

The customer must not in any way attempt to prevent NetRadar.io / Golden Planet's systems from working, including (but not limited to) attempts to circumvent identification procedures, illegal access to services or data that the customer does not have the right to access, and influence of availability, stability or quality of service for other customers. This includes running scripts and/or applications that use large amounts of system resources (eg memory, CPU power or network capacity). The customer must also not attempt to influence other systems accessible via the Internet, including attempts at illegal intrusion.

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet reserves the right to completely or partially close access to services provided by NetRadar.io / Golden Planet if we believe that the customer is participating in activities that, in NetRadar.io / Golden Planet's discretion, are not in accordance with the terms of this document.

Additional conditions for dealers

A maximum of one dealer basic package can be created per legal entity (person or organization).

If a customer wishes to switch from one NetRadar.io / Golden Planet dealer to another, NetRadar.io / Golden Planet reserves the right to comply with the customer's request without the direct acceptance of the losing dealer, if one of two conditions is met: It is after repeated attempts not possible to get in touch with the dealer per e-mail or telephone (e.g. if the business has ceased), or if the retailer tries to block a transfer of the customer's services to another retailer without being able to provide a factual reason for the blocking. The customer's request for relocation must be made in writing in these cases.

Monitoring and automatic adjustment of prices

NetRadar.io / Golden Planet cannot guarantee that the prices obtained by monitoring competitors are correct. Use of pricing information is at the customer's own risk. NetRadar.io / Golden Planet also cannot guarantee that every price can be retrieved or monitored, just as a price that could previously be retrieved may cease to be updated without notice. NetRadar.io / Golden Planet cannot be held responsible or liable for losses resulting from the price monitoring service or related functions, including - but not limited to - automatic adjustment of prices.
