Is there a commitment period, and how do I cancel?

There is no lock-in. The first month is fully refundable (you receive an invoice with 30 days' payment terms). After that, you can cancel with effect from the end of the current month.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there is no charge for setting up an account.

How much help is included?

We help you get everything set up and off to a good start – often in an online meeting with screen sharing. Ongoing support is also included – via chat, phone or online meeting.

May I resell and share the data?

No, not unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are free to use and share all data internally, including through integrations with other systems.

Can I choose which products to include?

Yes, it can run automatically on all products or only on the products you consider relevant. That way, you avoid paying for products you don't need to include.

How many users can we create on the platform?

Unlimited. You can create, edit and delete as many additional users as you need.

How can I use NetRadar.io if there is no integration for my webshop platform?

The easiest way is to use the URL of an XML product feed, such as the one you use for Google Shopping. You can also import via a CSV file or build your own integration via API.
