If the wrong competitors were found for  product or you want a "fresh start" on a product for some other reason (for example after a GTIN/EAN barcode is corrected), you can easily remove all current competitors on the product + start a new search for competitors.

Find the current product in the list of products

You can use filtering to search for it.

On the far right of the product, click on the "i" icon to go to the details page

From 'Options' you will find 'Reset competitors' - click on it

All competitors - which were previously found via automatic matching - will now be removed. If you have added any manually, they should be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon next to the competitor in the list of competitors.

Searching for competitors can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on how busy the servers are.
