Match your price to a specific competitor with a single click from the product list.
You can match your price to a specific competitor directly from the product list.
- Find the product whose price you want to match with a competitor's price.
- Expand the list of competitors by clicking the expand icon on the left side of the product.

Click 'Match this' next to the competitor whose price you want to match:

Adjust the price if you like, choose whether it is your standard price ('Standard price') or your offer price ('Special price') that should be changed, and click 'OK'. The price is then changed automatically on the product in your webshop.
How long does a price change take?
- Changes are processed through a queue system to ensure smooth operation and to avoid overloading your webshop platform and other systems.
- The time before a change takes effect can vary. Changes usually go through within a few seconds, but they can take up to a few minutes, depending on the current load and the number of changes being made at the same time.
